Nelmarie González
Founder & Managing Partner
Nelmarie González started her food and beverage journey 20 years ago and is now a experienced certified bartender & mixologist, bar manager and bar consultant. In 2003 started working in the recognized Hotel San Juan and 4 years later became part of 2 of the top hotels of the island, Hotel La Concha & Hotel Condado Plaza. Not only she excelled in all opportunities given, she continously achieved different industry certifications and got her business administration degree. She then, became a bar manager and events manager with Chef Nassar's company A la Carte and also did bar consulting on her free time. Was able to represent the island in different international events and after being recognized as part of the elite bartenders of the island, she became a bartending and entrepenuership professor while she obtained her educational leadership masters' degree.
Luis MartÃnez
Co- Founder & Managing Partner
For Luis MartÃnez, it all started when even with an accounting degree, he noticed that accounting and working for the goverment was not his true passion, in the other hand being behind the bar and making memorable moments with his guests was sparking new interests and real excitement. It was 2003 when he decided to learn more and decided to enhance his knowledge! He went all in and professionalized his passion getting different certifications, from bartending, to customized cocktails and even barista. In the past he had the opportunity to work as a bartender and bar manager in iconic places in Old San Juan and hotel Condado Plaza. He had the opportunity to assit in different bar start - ups and even managed his own organic - gourmet style food truck, where he served his acclaimed flavored lemonades and even had his own espresso coffee menu. Partnering with Nelmarie allowed him to participate in event managing also.
